Role Overview: As a Customer Calling Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by engaging with potential and existing customers through outbound calls. Your primary focus will be to understand customer needs, present tailored solutions, and close sales while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. What You'll Do: - You will proactively reach out to potential customers to generate new business opportunities. - You will engage with existing clients to upsell and cross-sell relevant products and services. - You will maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. - You will collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and improve outreach efforts. - You will handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive experience. - You will meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals. - You will stay informed about product features, industry trends, and competitor activities. - You will participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your sales skills. What You Bring: - You have at least 2 years of experience in outbound sales or telemarketing. - You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - You are proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - You demonstrate strong negotiation and closing abilities. - You have a customer-focused mindset with the ability to handle objections effectively. - You are self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the tech-enabled services or BPO industry. - Familiarity with sales analytics and performance metrics. - Additional language skills beyond English. - Previous experience working in a multi-country or remote team environment.
