Role Overview: As a Customer Calling Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by engaging with potential and existing customers through outbound calls. Your primary focus will be to understand customer needs, present tailored solutions, and close sales while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. What You'll Do: - You will proactively reach out to prospective customers to generate new business opportunities. - You will build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business. - You will identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services. - You will meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics. - You will document all customer interactions and sales activities accurately in the CRM system. - You will collaborate with team members and management to improve sales strategies. - You will handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. - You will stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to better position our services. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in outbound sales or telemarketing. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach. - Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently. - Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
