Role Overview: As a Contact Center Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and enhancing customer engagement through our call center operations. Your primary focus will be to connect with potential clients, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions that align with MCI's service offerings. What You'll Do: - You will engage with inbound and outbound calls to generate and qualify sales leads. - You will build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster repeat business. - You will identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services. - You will meet and exceed individual and team sales targets consistently. - You will document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system. - You will collaborate with team members and management to improve sales strategies. - You will stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities. - You will participate in ongoing training to enhance your sales and product knowledge. What You Bring: - You bring at least 2 years of experience in a sales role within a contact center environment. - You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - You possess strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset. - You are proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - You demonstrate resilience and the ability to handle rejection positively. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in BPO or tech-enabled service industries. - Familiarity with multi-channel sales approaches including phone, email, and chat. - Proven track record of exceeding sales targets. - Additional language skills are a plus.
