Role Overview: As a Contact Center Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by engaging with potential customers and providing tailored solutions that meet their needs. This role requires excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset to effectively represent MCI's services. What You'll Do: - You will engage with inbound and outbound calls to identify customer needs and present appropriate service solutions. - You will build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business. - You will meet and exceed sales targets through effective communication and negotiation. - You will document customer interactions and sales activities accurately in the CRM system. - You will collaborate with team members and management to improve sales strategies and customer satisfaction. - You will stay informed about industry trends and product knowledge to provide expert advice to customers. - You will handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive experience. What You Bring: - You bring at least 2 years of experience in sales or customer service within a contact center environment. - You have strong verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive sales approach. - You are proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - You possess excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric attitude. - You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in BPO or tech-enabled service industries. - Knowledge of sales techniques and lead generation strategies. - Multilingual abilities to engage a diverse customer base. - Previous experience with remote or hybrid work setups.
