Role Overview: As a Contact Center Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions. This position requires excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset to effectively represent MCI's services and build lasting client relationships. What You'll Do: - You will engage with inbound and outbound customers to identify sales opportunities and promote MCI's service offerings. - You will manage customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services. - You will build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals. - You will meet or exceed individual and team sales targets consistently. - You will document customer interactions and sales activities accurately in the CRM system. - You will collaborate with team members and management to improve sales strategies and customer satisfaction. - You will stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to better position MCI's offerings. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a contact center sales or customer service role. - Strong verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive sales approach. - Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing customer needs. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in BPO or tech-enabled service environments. - Knowledge of sales techniques such as consultative selling or upselling. - Multilingual abilities to support diverse customer bases. - Previous experience working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
