Role Overview: As a Contact Center Sales Representative at MCI Careers, you will play a crucial role in driving sales through direct customer engagement and support. Your primary focus will be to connect with potential clients, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions that enhance their business operations. What You'll Do: - You will engage with inbound and outbound customers to identify sales opportunities and promote MCI's service offerings. - You will build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. - You will meet and exceed individual and team sales targets consistently. - You will document customer interactions and sales activities accurately in the CRM system. - You will collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery. - You will stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to effectively position MCI's solutions. - You will participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your sales skills. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a contact center sales or customer service role. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively. - Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. - High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in BPO or tech-enabled service industries. - Multilingual abilities to support diverse customer bases. - Previous experience with outbound sales campaigns. - Knowledge of sales techniques and customer psychology.
