Role Overview: As a Contact Center Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and enhancing customer engagement through our call center operations. Your primary focus will be to connect with potential clients, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions that align with MCI's service offerings. What You'll Do: - You will engage with inbound and outbound leads to generate sales opportunities. - You will build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business. - You will identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services. - You will meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics consistently. - You will document all customer interactions and sales activities accurately in the CRM system. - You will collaborate with team members and management to improve sales strategies. - You will stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to better position MCI's offerings. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales role within a contact center or similar environment. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively. - Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. - High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
