What You'll Do: - You will engage with inbound and outbound leads to generate sales opportunities. - You will build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business. - You will identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services. - You will meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics consistently. - You will document all customer interactions and sales activities accurately in the CRM system. - You will collaborate with team members and management to improve sales strategies. - You will stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to better position MCI's offerings. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales role within a contact center or similar environment. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively. - Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. - High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
