What You'll Do: - You will engage with inbound and outbound leads to generate sales opportunities and close deals. - You will build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. - You will identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services. - You will meet and exceed individual and team sales targets consistently. - You will document all customer interactions and sales activities accurately in the CRM system. - You will collaborate with team members and management to improve sales strategies and customer experience. - You will stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge. What You Bring: - You bring at least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a contact center or BPO environment. - You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse customers. - You possess strong negotiation and closing skills to drive sales success. - You are proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - You demonstrate a customer-focused mindset and problem-solving abilities.
