Role Overview: As a Contact Center Sales Representative at MCI Careers, you will play a crucial role in driving sales through direct customer engagement and support. Your primary focus will be to connect with potential clients, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions that enhance their business operations. What You'll Do: - You will engage with inbound and outbound calls to generate and qualify sales leads. - You will build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster repeat business. - You will identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services. - You will meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics. - You will document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system. - You will collaborate with team members and management to improve sales strategies. - You will stay informed about product updates and industry trends to provide knowledgeable service. - You will handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
