What You Bring: - You bring at least 2 years of experience in a sales role within a contact center or similar environment. - You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse customers. - You possess strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset. - You are proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - You demonstrate resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in tech-enabled business services or BPO industry. - Familiarity with multi-channel sales approaches including phone, email, and chat. - Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas. - Additional language skills to support our international operations.
