What You Bring: - You bring at least 2 years of experience in a sales or contact center role. - You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - You possess strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset. - You are proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - You demonstrate the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in tech-enabled business services or BPO industry. - Familiarity with multi-channel sales strategies. - Additional language skills beyond English. - Previous experience working in a multinational call center.
