Role Overview: As a Contact Center Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by engaging with customers through our call center channels. Your primary focus will be to understand customer needs, present tailored solutions, and close sales while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. What You'll Do: - You will engage with inbound and outbound customers to identify their needs and offer appropriate products or services. - You will build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals. - You will meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics consistently. - You will document customer interactions and sales activities accurately in the CRM system. - You will collaborate with team members and management to improve sales strategies and customer experience. - You will stay informed about product updates, industry trends, and competitor offerings. - You will handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
