Role Overview: As a Contact Center Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by engaging with customers through our call center channels. Your primary focus will be to understand customer needs, present tailored solutions, and close sales while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. What You'll Do: - You will engage with inbound and outbound customers to identify sales opportunities and promote MCI's service offerings. - You will build rapport with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions. - You will meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals. - You will document customer interactions and sales activities accurately in the CRM system. - You will collaborate with team members and management to improve sales strategies and customer experience. - You will handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. - You will stay informed about product updates, industry trends, and competitor activities. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a contact center sales or customer service role. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively. - Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. - High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in sales are a plus. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in tech-enabled business services or BPO industry. - Multilingual abilities to support diverse customer bases. - Familiarity with data analysis tools to track sales performance. - Previous experience working in a multi-country operational environment.
