Your primary focus will be to connect with potential clients, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions that align with MCI's service offerings. What You'll Do: - You will engage with inbound and outbound calls to generate and qualify sales leads. - You will build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster repeat business. - You will identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services. - You will meet and exceed individual and team sales targets consistently. - You will document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system. - You will collaborate with team members and management to improve sales strategies. - You will stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities. - You will participate in ongoing training to enhance your sales and product knowledge.
