Role Overview: As a Contact Center Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by engaging with potential customers and providing tailored solutions that meet their needs. This role requires excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach to effectively represent MCI's services. What You'll Do: - You will engage with inbound and outbound calls to identify customer needs and present appropriate service solutions. - You will build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business. - You will meet and exceed sales targets through effective negotiation and closing techniques. - You will document customer interactions and sales activities accurately in the CRM system. - You will collaborate with team members and management to improve sales strategies and customer satisfaction. - You will stay informed about industry trends and product knowledge to provide expert advice to customers. - You will handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive experience. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably within a contact center or BPO environment. - Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric mindset. - Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with excellent time management skills. - Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and resilience in handling customer objections.
