What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a contact center sales or customer service role. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive sales approach. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in BPO or tech-enabled service industries. - Knowledge of multiple languages is a plus. - Previous experience with outbound sales campaigns. - Familiarity with data analytics tools to track sales performance.
