Role Overview: As a Contact Center Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and enhancing customer engagement through our call center operations. Your primary focus will be to connect with potential clients, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions that align with MCI's service offerings. What You'll Do: - You will proactively reach out to potential customers to generate new sales opportunities. - You will engage with clients to understand their business needs and recommend appropriate services. - You will manage inbound and outbound calls efficiently to maximize sales conversions. - You will maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. - You will collaborate with team members and management to meet and exceed sales targets. - You will provide exceptional customer service to build long-term client relationships. - You will stay informed about industry trends and MCI's evolving service portfolio. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a contact center sales or customer service role. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive sales approach. - Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining professionalism. - Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
