What You Bring: - You have at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in a call center environment. - You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - You are comfortable using CRM software and other call center technologies. - You demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset. - You have the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with business process outsourcing (BPO) or customer experience (CX) industries. - Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies. - Multilingual abilities or proficiency in a second language. - Previous experience working in a tech-enabled service company.
