What You Bring: - You have at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in a call center environment. - You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. - You are comfortable using CRM software and other sales tools. - You demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset. - You have the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with telemarketing or outbound sales campaigns. - Familiarity with business process outsourcing (BPO) industry standards. - Multilingual skills or the ability to communicate in more than one language. - Previous experience working in a tech-enabled service company.
