This role is essential in maintaining customer satisfaction and driving business success through effective communication and problem-solving. What You'll Do: - You will handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy. - You will resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently and accurately. - You will document all customer interactions and transactions in the company’s CRM system. - You will collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service quality and customer satisfaction. - You will meet or exceed individual and team performance targets and metrics. - You will stay informed about product updates, company policies, and industry trends. - You will assist in training new representatives and share best practices. What You Bring: - You bring at least 1-2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. - You have excellent verbal and written communication skills. - You possess strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset. - You are comfortable using CRM software and other call center technologies. - You demonstrate the ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with tech-enabled business services or BPO environments. - Familiarity with multiple communication channels such as chat and email support. - Bilingual skills or proficiency in a second language. - Previous experience in training or mentoring team members.
