What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Proficiency with CRM software and call center technology. - Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset. - High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
