Role Overview: As a Call Center Representative at MCI Careers, you will play a crucial role in providing outstanding customer service and support. Your primary purpose is to engage with customers, resolve inquiries efficiently, and contribute to the overall satisfaction and loyalty of our clients. What You'll Do: - You will handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy. - You will resolve customer issues promptly while maintaining high-quality service standards. - You will document customer interactions accurately in the company’s CRM system. - You will collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service delivery. - You will meet or exceed individual and team performance targets consistently. - You will stay informed about product updates, policies, and procedures to assist customers effectively. - You will escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary. - You will contribute to a positive team environment by demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills. What You Bring: - Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer applications. - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. - Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in a tech-enabled or BPO environment. - Multilingual abilities or fluency in a second language. - Familiarity with customer service metrics and KPIs. - Previous experience with sales or upselling techniques.
