What You Bring: - Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. - Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining quality service. - Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer applications. - Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
