Role Overview: As a Call Center Agent at MCI Careers, you will be the frontline representative, providing outstanding customer service and support. Your role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving inquiries efficiently, and contributing to the overall success of our client partnerships. What You'll Do: - You will handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy. - You will resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and accurately. - You will document all interactions and maintain detailed records in our CRM system. - You will collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service quality. - You will meet or exceed individual and team performance targets. - You will stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to assist customers effectively. - You will identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services when appropriate. - You will contribute to a positive team environment and support continuous improvement initiatives. What You Bring: - Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer applications. - Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining quality service. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
