Job Description: The Associate Director of Integrated Marketing Campaigns leads the development and execution of strategic, data-driven marketing campaigns to support the firm’s business growth efforts. This role collaborates closely with the Director of Marketing, marketing, brand, communications, business development, and marketing technology teams to deliver creative, integrated marketing programs across practices, industries, and geographies. The Associate Director is responsible for ensuring marketing campaigns align with firm priorities, reflect a client-centric approach, and demonstrate a measurable impact. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Drive the strategy for key, integrated marketing campaigns in close collaboration with the Director of Marketing and cross-functional stakeholders including business development, brand, communications, and digital teams. Lead firmwide efforts to amplify priority services and thought leadership, strengthen client engagement, and deliver measurable growth. Lead the development and execution of innovative, data-informed, client-centric campaigns across priority practices, industries, and global markets. Leverage segmentation, journey mapping, digital personalization, and performance analytics to ensure campaigns resonate with target audiences, drive meaningful engagement, and deliver measurable business outcomes. Establish and continuously refine the campaign operating and enablement framework including messaging, playbooks, toolkits, briefs, templates, and measurement models, to enable consistent, scalable, and efficient campaign development across the marketing team. Champion best practices in campaign planning, execution, lead management, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment, agility, and measurable impact. Apply a data-driven, digitally enabled approach to campaign design and execution, leveraging marketing technology, automation, and performance analytics to optimize engagement and deliver qualified opportunities to business development teams.Incorporate client insights, market trends, and competitive intelligence into campaign planning by partnering with research and feedback teams. Use these insights to shape targeting, messaging, and positioning strategies that align with client needs and evolving market conditions. Foster a culture of experimentation by implementing a test-and-learn approach to campaign tactics, messaging, and creative formats. Apply performance data and user feedback to continuously refine campaign strategies and improve outcomes. Partner with internal stakeholders to enhance the impact of firm-sponsored events and sponsorships by embedding them within broader campaign strategies and aligning them to growth goals. Support account-based marketing initiatives by developing targeted campaigns for key client and industry segments, in close collaboration with business development leads. Collaborate with Business Development to develop and manage a lead scoring program that defines lead qualification criteria, establishes pass and hand-off protocols between Marketing and BD, and ensures consistent tracking and reporting to optimize conversion and campaign performance. Introduce and apply emerging ideas and best practices in digital marketing, content strategy, data analytics, and marketing innovation, including generative AI and automation tools, to enhance campaign effectiveness. Manage and mentor a team, fostering continuous skill development, creative thinking, and cross-functional collaboration to support a high-performing campaign function. Job Specifications: At least ten to fifteen (10-15) years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on integrated campaign strategy and execution, with demonstrated experience in a senior marketing role leading transformative initiatives and campaigns Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree a plus Demonstrated mastery of full-funnel, multi-channel marketing campaigns in a complex, matrixed organization (legal, professional services, or consulting industry preferred) Strong understanding of marketing strategy, demand generation, campaign management, market analysis, audience segmentation, buyer journeys, personas, campaign performance metrics, and the development of thought leadership campaigns and sophisticated event marketing campaigns. Highly organized, detail-oriented and skilled in managing multiple concurrent projects, deadlines, and teams in fast-paced, high-performance environments. Brings a proactive, solution-oriented approach. Hands-on experience with contemporary martech platforms (e.g., Eloqua, Salesforce, Tableau, Google Analytics, SEO/SEM tools). Brings a digitally fluent mindset to campaign strategy and execution Strong analytical skills to interpret data, tell an impact story leveraging data, and make informed decisions Exceptional project management, interpersonal, relationship building, and communication skills Proven ability to lead and mentor team members, manage external agencies or freelancers, and connect dots across the organization to pull the right teams together with a focus on accountability and collaboration Ability to operate in an agile environment and quickly iterate Ability to apply test-and-learn methodologies and embrace change to meet evolving demands and priorities Successful candidates will be provided with outstanding career opportunities and will receive a competitive total rewards package with the opportunity to earn performance-based bonuses. Target Hiring Range $208,000 - $281,000 Please note that quoted salary ranges are not guarantees of what final salary offers may be. Base pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location. Base pay is only one part of the Total Rewards that MWE provides to compensate and recognize our staff professionals for their work.
