In addition to the benefits you’d expect from a global leader (401k, health insurance, paid time off, etc.) we also offer: • Competitive compensation • Career growth opportunities • Flexibility and Support for Diverse Life Stages and Choices Under the general direction of our Group Vice President- America’s Commercial Excellence, the Administrative Assistant will perform high-level administrative and business support of a complex and confidential nature for senior leadership.    Responsibilities Provide support to multiple Vice Presidents Manage VP’s calendar and business activities including scheduling meetings, arranging meeting rooms, and required set up to support business objectives (i.e. agenda, Skype, laptop set-up, etc.) Book travel for leadership members Assist with team meetings and/or agency/customer meetings such as ordering and setting up breakfast/lunch, getting meeting rooms ready, making necessary arrangements, etc. Complete expense reports for leadership members Manage procurement card process and execute any required cross charge activities as required.  Prepare presentations, numerical reports and update and maintain various spreadsheets and databases Manage the procurement card process, including vendor relations Serve as the timekeeper for assigned staff – manage payroll and document vacation times, distribute paychecks. Process purchase orders Handle other administrative duties as required (i.e., ordering office / lab supplies, preparing purchase requisitions, etc.)   Expectations High School diploma or equivalent Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience successfully multi-tasking, prioritizing competing work demands, & planning and organizing to meet scheduled deadlines. Well-developed organizational skills, including paper and electronic filing systems. Approachable and helpful style with a strong customer focus. Ability to respond to internal & external customers in a pro-active and timely fashion. Excellent attention to detail and high degree of accuracy in all work. Ability to exercise discretion and handle confidential materials and information. Professional, positive, service-oriented behavior in all interactions. Ability to anticipate and initiate cyclical activities. Proven job-related, complex problem-solving and independent judgment abilities. Ability to complete projects with limited supervision. Ability to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities. Experience successfully solving problems and applying independent judgment abilities.  As a general policy, McCormick does not offer employment visa sponsorships upon hire or in the future.    Base Salary: $54,371.20 - $81,577.60    Base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, experience for this role, and/or internal equity of our current employees as part of any final offer.
