Job description: Hatfield services company is looking for a recent college grad to join their team. This position will be handling administrative duties for the accounting department. This position is full time, in office. No REMOTE work. College accounting courses would be a huge plus! Salary is $20.00 hr, onsite, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. Company is willing to train the right person. Duties include: Answering phone calls from clients in regards to invoices Entering and printing invoices Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable Filing Other duties as assigned Requirements: Bachelor's Degree Must have your own transportation 1-2 years of accounting experience preferred Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and willingness to learn company databases Must have good analytical skills Must be a self-starter with the willingness to learn and have a strong ability to multi-task.
