Shipping & Receiving Coordinator Cincinnati, Ohio McSwain Carpets & Floors Full-Time | Monday–Friday Join Our Team! McSwain Carpets & Floors is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to join our warehouse team. This role is critical to keeping our projects on track by ensuring materials are received accurately, stored properly, and distributed efficiently. What You’ll Do Receiving & Shipping • Unload and check in 4–10 delivery trucks daily • Verify materials for size, color, quantity, and damage • Stage and organize incoming materials • Match shipments to packing lists and bills of lading • Receive materials into NetSuite and allocate stock locations • Print product tags and maintain accurate records Inventory Control • Assist with monthly inventory counts • Rotate stock and monitor expiration dates • Help manage expired product reporting Loss Prevention • Release materials only with proper paperwork • Transfer materials to correct departments • Maintain controlled access to the supply room Warehouse Maintenance • Keep supply room clean and organized • Operate floor scrubber (training provided) • Maintain dock, ramp, staging areas, and surrounding warehouse spaces Equipment Operation • Safely operate a forklift (training and certification provided if needed) What We’re Looking For • Previous warehouse or shipping/receiving experience preferred • Forklift experience a plus (not required) • Strong attention to detail • Ability to lift and move materials regularly • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic • Basic computer skills What We Offer • Full-time, steady schedule • Competitive pay (based on experience) • Training and growth opportunities • Team-oriented work environment
