What's the role? The Marketing & Data Operations Coordinator role supports Savvy Business Brokers, an affiliate of MBE CPAs, by managing and maintaining accurate data within HubSpot and supporting our marketing and mail marketing systems. This role ensures our leadership team can focus on working directly with business owners and buyers. This includes: • Entering and maintaining data in HubSpot and related marketing platforms. • Supporting list management, data scrubbing, and following checklists to ensure accuracy. • Assisting with mail marketing and other administrative tasks to support ongoing campaigns. • Identifying opportunities to improve processes and communicating suggestions with leadership. • Providing trusted, confidential support for sensitive business data and client information. What experience and skills do I need to be successful? • Proficiency with HubSpot or other CRM systems (Salesforce, etc.) preferred. • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes. • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office 365 and Adobe Acrobat. • Trustworthiness and confidentiality are essential. • Ability to work independently, stay focused, and communicate constructively with leadership. While some alignment with leadership's working hours is helpful, this role allows room for a schedule that supports work-life balance.
