Mayvin is seeking a highly capable Data Analyst Specialist to support the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Office of Acquisition Management (OAQ). This role directly supports data management, reporting, and operational analysis functions that drive mission-critical acquisition decisions across the agency. This position is pending contract award, with an expected start date of January 2026. Must be a U.S. Citizen. Must have a Public Trust. Responsibilities: • Gather, organize, evaluate, and analyze data from multiple sources for quality and completeness • Maintain, update, and report on contract data, procurement actions, and metrics in databases/spreadsheets • Develop and manage user tools and productivity tracking mechanisms • Generate and analyze reports for compliance, deadlines, and performance benchmarks • Support administrative data functions, team calendars, organization charts, and onboarding • Provide training and guidance on developed tools • Ensure operational security (OPSEC) and data confidentiality • Manage procurement or law enforcement sensitive data Qualifications: • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited U.S. college or university. Minimum of 6 years of relevant federal data management experience may substitute for a degree • Minimum of 4 years of documented experience in Data Management or Analyst positions supporting federal agencies • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially advanced Excel (including scripting/coding) • Analytical thinking—ability to evaluate data and provide well-supported conclusions • Experience with high-volume data management in compliance-heavy environments • Excellent communication and multitasking skills • Accuracy and attention to details • Experience with federal data systems and contract management tools preferred About Mayvin: Mayvin is more than a workplace—it’s a community built on innovation, inclusion, and impact.
