Full Description

This full-time remote position at Mayo Clinic involves designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining software and hardware systems, configuring hardware, and providing technical support across various Mayo Clinic sites. The role requires proposing system alternatives, presenting recommendations to leadership, maintaining documentation, and acting as a liaison to internal and external stakeholders. Regular on-call support is expected. Requirements • Design, develop, implement, and maintain custom system software. • Install and maintain purchased systems software. • Evaluate alternative approaches and make recommendations. • Review applications and make modifications. • Maintain and support multiple systems. • Provide technical and project leadership. • Interface with vendors. • Act as a liaison to Mayo departments and vendors.
