This position is Limited Tenure. Limited Tenure (LT) means that if you are offered the position and accept it: You will be categorized as a regular employee during this tenure, but employment will be terminated at the established end date. You committed to stay in this position until the end of the tenure (approximately 24 months from date of hire) before you become eligible to transfer to a new position. After the completion of the limited tenure assignment, it is your responsibility to secure another role within Mayo through the job vacancy process or employment will be ended upon the completion of the limited tenure assignment. Mayo Clinic is seeking a talented and highly motivated individual with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. The focus for this 2-year Limited Tenure Analyst Programmer will be to work on one of the Agile Development teams supporting enhancements to Mayo’s ServiceNow instance. The best candidate will provide configuration and customization of the ServiceNow platform and be fluent in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodologies. DWP Workplaces Operations unit is organized under the Digital Workplaces & Platform domain of the Technology Administration and Operations portfolio. Responsibilities Designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining custom and purchased systems software. Remediating customized ServiceNow components based on health assessments. Participating in code reviews and ensuring compliance with Mayo’s technical governance and release management standards. Documenting system requirements, designs, and resource inventories. Providing technical leadership and collaborating across departments and vendor teams. Supporting platform upgrades and ensuring skipped records are properly created for modified Out-of-Box scripts.
