Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Junior Interior Designer specializing in multifamily and office spaces. The role involves contributing to creative design solutions, space planning, assisting with construction drawings, and interior design tasks. The Junior Interior Designer will also support FF&E selection, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure the delivery of high-quality designs that reflect the company’s commitment to excellence and functionality. Qualifications • Proficiency in Space Planning and Interior Design, with a focus on creating functional and aesthetically pleasing environments • Knowledge of Architecture and an understanding of construction processes • Experience with Construction Drawings and detailed design documentation • Familiarity with FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) selection and specification • Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving capabilities • Excellent communication and teamwork skills • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field • Experience working on multifamily or office design projects is a plus
