Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an Architectural & Interior Design Draftsman specializing in Revit, with a focus on Multifamily/Value-Add projects. The Draftsman will work closely with the team to create and refine architectural and interior designs, execute technical drawings using Revit, and ensure projects align with client specifications. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to develop detailed solutions and integration strategies while maintaining high-quality standards. Qualifications • Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design processes • Strong skills in Solution Architecture and Integration for diverse designs • Effective Communication skills to collaborate with clients, team members, and stakeholders • Proficiency with Revit and familiarity with other design tools is highly desirable • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field • Experience in multifamily or value-add projects is a plus
