Job Description: • Define and execute the enterprise analytics and BI strategy aligned with business objectives. • Partner with executives across pharmacy operations, PBM, specialty, and retail to deliver actionable insights. • Champion a data-driven culture across the enterprise. • Lead adoption and optimization of modern data technologies: Azure, Databricks, Power BI, Alteryx, and related tools. • Oversee data integration, governance, and architecture to ensure scalable and secure analytics solutions. • Drive automation and self-service analytics to empower business teams. • Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing analytics and BI team. • Develop and retain high-caliber talent, foster an inclusive environment, and create clear career pathways. • Implement robust professional development programs to continuously upskill team members. • Lead teams in engaging with business partners to identify opportunities, build compelling business cases, and prioritize initiatives that maximize ROI. • Effectively manage multiple high-priority projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery. • Partner with business leaders to develop solution roadmaps, training, and deployment plans that maximize adoption and business value. • Foster a client-service mindset and position the team as a trusted partner and thought leader. • Develop and implement data governance policies to ensure data accuracy, security, and regulatory compliance. • Drive the cultural changes necessary to enable a continuous delivery model, with strong focus on automation and innovation. • Ensure compliance with corporate policies, ethical standards, and applicable regulatory requirements. • Build a culture of innovation, engagement, and accountability that positions the organization as an employer of choice. • Inspire and motivate team members to achieve enterprise objectives while maintaining a focus on well-being and resilience. • Deliver products and solutions that grow the business, improve productivity, reduce costs, and continuously enhance the user experience. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in quantitative or computational discipline such as Engineering, biostatistics, or informatics & analytics • 7+ years’ experience in data and insights solution development • 7+ years’ experience in enterprise technical architecture roles with emphasis on data management, insights, and IT engineering & delivery models (DevOps preferred) • 5+ years’ experience in Pharmacy, Healthcare or Life Sciences sectors • Expert knowledge of pharmacy services and products for the following: health systems, retail, specialty, inpatient/outpatient, mail order, 340B, and infusion pharmacy; understanding and experience with pharmacy benefit management and EMR • Expert knowledge in information and technology systems, able to evaluate buy, build, or rent options of current solutions in close collaboration with information technology teams. • Strong demonstrated experience in complex data acquisition and preprocessing strategies, including data cleansing, structuring and preparing for machine learning models • Visible leadership skills with strong executive presence. • Ability to attract, develop, and retain top talent while building high-performing, engaged teams. • Excellent analytical, strategic, and execution skills with proven ability to turn vision into action. • Flexibility in working with rapidly changing and multiple priorities. • Proven ability to foster transparency, create clear accountabilities, and establish measurable success metrics. • Demonstrated experience driving innovation and challenging existing paradigms. • Open and collaborative leadership style; thrives in an environment where ideas are shared and constructively challenged. • Skilled at setting and communicating priorities effectively across diverse stakeholders. • Ability to act with urgency, remove barriers, and motivate others to deliver results. • Superior program, product, and project management competencies. • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills. • Strong active listening skills with the ability to understand context, probe for critical details, and translate insights into action. • Ability to translate technical or complex subject matter into business-relevant terms.
