Job Description: • Collaborate with the Director of Health System Strategy (and their delegates) as well as cross-functional VytlOne teams to assess regulatory developments and their implications. • Lead the design and governance of centralized 340B expertise initiatives (e.g., Center of Excellence), including development of best practices, compliance frameworks, and training programs for internal teams and clients. • Oversee integration of EMR and payer systems for 340B program compliance, including provider loading, patient merge activities, Medicaid plan setup, and audit coordination. • Develop and deliver scenario-based models and opportunity assessments for health system clients, focusing on pharmacy optimization, leakage reduction, and specialty value capture. • Communicate potential impacts to internal stakeholders and external clients through clear, actionable insights. • Analyze and report on pharmacy service line performance, contract pharmacy capture rates, and specialty value optimization for health system partners. • Prototype and implement AI-driven analytics solutions and scalable decision support tools for health system clients. • Design and recommend mitigation or optimization strategies to ensure compliance and maximize opportunities. • Create high-quality decks and presentations for leadership meetings, client discussions, and webinars to effectively communicate strategies and insights. • Monitor the healthcare regulatory landscape and proactively identify both risks and opportunities for VytlOne. • Lead design and delivery of strategic analytics projects supporting revenue, compliance, and operational excellence. • Mentor analysts and guide team development of dashboards, modeling frameworks, and storytelling practices. • Serve as a subject matter expert on 340B economics, data integration across EMR/dispensing platforms, and payer insights. • Translate business needs into insight strategy using tools like Power BI, Alteryx, and Databricks. • Partner with business leaders to co-develop KPIs and performance monitoring dashboards. • Drive innovation by prototyping AI use cases and turning insights into scalable decision support tools. • Promote and ensure compliance with VytlOne Business Code of Conduct, as well as other company policies and procedures. • Promptly report any allegations of impropriety to the Compliance Department. • Comply with VytlOne’s Ethical Business Conduct policy and VytlOne’s Compliance Program. • Remain free from exclusion under the OIG and SAMS Medicare/Medicaid lists. • Complete required training, as assigned, within the established timeframes. • Must be able to cope with the mental and emotional stress of the position. • Maintain regular attendance in accordance with established policies. • Perform other job-related duties as assigned. Requirements: • 7–10 years in commercial or healthcare analytics with increasing leadership responsibilities. • Proven experience in 340B program design, implementation, and/or management (e.g., completion of 340B University or equivalent training). • Demonstrated experience leading 340B data modeling, audit processes, compliance initiatives, and regulatory reporting. • Proven track record of delivering measurable value to health system partners through analytics-driven optimization, including margin lift, contract pharmacy capture rate improvement, and specialty value optimization. • Fluency in pharmacy data, payer performance metrics, and regulatory analytics (especially 340B). • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills. • Strong experience with PowerBI, Alteryx, Azure data tools, and predictive modeling methods. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a track record of effectively presenting complex information to non-technical audiences. • Exceptional ability to communicate complex regulatory and strategic insights to diverse audiences. • Ability to travel 10–15% of the time. • Bachelor’s required; advanced degree in Health Economics, Analytics, or Public Health preferred.
