Looking for a Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced corporate environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong operational discipline, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to drive complex projects from concept to execution. Pharmaceutical or training experience is preferred but not required. Experience in new hire onboarding—ideally for sales representatives—is highly preferred. Responsibilities Support the lead project manager in end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery across multiple business functions. Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource needs; maintain accountability for on-time, on-budget results. Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., Marketing, Operations, HR, Commercial, Medical, Legal) to ensure alignment and timely decision-making. Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, dashboards, status reports, and risk/issue logs. Identify risks and implement mitigation plans to ensure project success. Facilitate meetings, ensure clear communication, and drive resolution of open issues. Support change management, training coordination, and stakeholder engagement plans as part of project rollout. Qualifications Minimum 10 years of experience in a corporate environment, with demonstrated success leading cross-functional projects. Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills. Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and navigate a matrixed organization. Experience in pharmaceuticals or training is preferred but not required. Experience in new hire onboarding, especially for sales representatives, is preferred. PMP certification is a plus.
