Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Deliver consulting project activities for various projects. - Analyze complex data and identify patterns, recommend actions, and measure outcomes. - Coordinate with technical staff to understand business requirements, specifications, and processes. - Conduct market research and understand market trends. - Create system functional specifications from business requirements. - Interact with organization and client managers. - Perform cost/schedule monitoring, - Identify additional product and service opportunities in customer organization. - Lead business process modeling and analysis efforts to evaluate, design, and improve operational workflows. - Collaborate with public sector agencies, particularly those serving vulnerable populations, to support program goals and service delivery improvements. - Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication, partnership, and stakeholder engagement. - Analyze complex business challenges and develop innovative, practical solutions aligned with organizational and client objectives. - Facilitate meetings, workshops, and discussions to gather requirements, drive consensus, and support decision-making. - Communicate programmatic and functional concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. - Develop and implement advanced concepts, techniques, and standards that enhance operational efficiency and service quality. - Ensure all recommended solutions align with project scope, organizational strategy, and client expectations. - Thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment by demonstrating adaptability, continuous learning, and a commitment to achieving impactful results. Minimum Requirements - Bachelor's degree in related field. - 3-5 years of relevant professional experience required. - Equivalent combination of education and experience considered in lieu of degree. - Must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience directly related to large public sector projects that include industry-standard and best practices. Preferably working in Health and Human Services. - Must be willing and able to travel to client locations in California as needed. - Preferred location: state of California, or states in the Pacific Time Zone. - Experience within state government required. - Experience working with multiple teams required. - Excellent verbal and writing skills. - Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail. - Proficiency in Microsoft programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project required. Home Office Requirements: - Internet speed of 20mbps or higher required (you can test this by going to www.speedtest.net). - Connectivity to the internet via either Wi-Fi or Category 5 or 6 ethernet patch cable to the home router. - Must currently and permanently reside in the Continental US.
