Job Summary: As a Supply Chain Delivery Lead, you will be instrumental in ensuring that supply chain processes align with service agreements and performance targets. You will oversee operational efficiency and build strong relationships with stakeholders to foster collaboration and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: • Ensure that supply chain processes and contractor agreements are met consistently. • Coordinate with the TPL Manager to meet all Target Performance Levels and quality assessments. • Support supply chain partners (SCPs) in achieving their monthly and contractual volume goals by ensuring effective flow of support and timely progress of customer referrals. • Create a complementary delivery environment between Maximus and SCPs, promoting good practices and continuous performance improvement. • Provide coaching and support to under-performing partners to enhance their performance, including managing formal rectification plans. • Act as a key communication conduit between Maximus and SCPs by providing regular performance updates and managing correspondence. • Embody Maximus values of Accountability, Compassion, Collaboration, Customer Focus, Innovation, and Respect in all aspects of work. Qualifications & Experience: Essential: • Proven leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to motivate teams effectively, both in-person and remotely. • Experience managing supply chain performance and contracts successfully. • Strong track record of building positive relationships with senior stakeholders. Desirable: • Experience in driving continuous improvement strategies to success. • Strong commercial and financial understanding. Salary: Minimum Salary: £50,000.00 Maximum Salary: £55,000.00
