Your role is crucial in ensuring a positive experience by providing accurate information, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining a compassionate approach to customer service. What You'll Do: - You will respond to inbound customer inquiries regarding healthcare services and benefits. - You will provide clear, accurate information to help customers understand their healthcare options. - You will document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the system. - You will resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating complex cases when necessary. - You will collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service delivery. - You will adhere to all company policies and compliance standards related to healthcare services. - You will participate in ongoing training to stay current with healthcare regulations and company procedures. What You Bring: - You bring at least 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in healthcare or a related field. - You have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - You are proficient with computer systems and data entry. - You demonstrate empathy and patience when dealing with customers. - You have the ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a healthcare call center or government services environment. - Knowledge of healthcare terminology and insurance processes. - Bilingual skills, especially in Spanish and English. - Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
