Role Overview: As a Customer Service Representative in Healthcare, you will be the frontline support for individuals seeking assistance with healthcare programs. Your role is vital in ensuring clients receive accurate information and compassionate service, helping them navigate complex healthcare systems effectively. What You'll Do: - You will respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and in-person. - You will provide detailed information about healthcare programs and eligibility requirements. - You will assist clients in completing necessary forms and applications. - You will document all interactions accurately in the company’s database. - You will collaborate with healthcare providers and internal teams to resolve client issues. - You will maintain up-to-date knowledge of healthcare policies and procedures. - You will handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism. - You will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer service quality. What You Bring: - Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in healthcare or government services. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. - Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency with basic computer applications and data entry. - Empathy and patience when dealing with diverse client populations. - High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in healthcare or related fields is a plus.
