What You'll Do: - You will respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and in-person. - You will provide detailed information about healthcare programs and services. - You will assist clients in navigating healthcare systems and resolving issues. - You will document all interactions accurately in the company database. - You will collaborate with healthcare providers and internal teams to ensure client needs are met. - You will maintain up-to-date knowledge of healthcare policies and procedures. - You will handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism. - You will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer service quality. What You Bring: - Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in healthcare. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment. - Basic computer skills and familiarity with data entry. - High school diploma or equivalent; additional healthcare-related training is a plus.
