What You'll Do: - You will respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email. - You will assist customers with healthcare program information and eligibility requirements. - You will document and track customer interactions accurately in the system. - You will resolve customer issues by identifying problems and providing appropriate solutions. - You will collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service delivery. - You will maintain up-to-date knowledge of healthcare policies and procedures. - You will meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards. What You Bring: - You have at least 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in healthcare. - You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - You are proficient with computer systems and data entry. - You demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - You are able to work on-site in Hattiesburg, MS, full-time. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working with government healthcare programs. - Bilingual skills, especially in Spanish. - Familiarity with CRM software. - Previous experience in a call center environment.
