What You Bring: - Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service, preferably in healthcare or related fields. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. - Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. - Basic computer skills including data entry and familiarity with CRM systems. - Empathy and patience when dealing with diverse client populations. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in government healthcare programs. - Bilingual skills, especially Spanish-English proficiency. - Knowledge of Medicaid or Medicare programs. - Previous experience in a call center environment.
