What You Bring: - Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service, preferably in healthcare or government services. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. - Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and data entry. - Empathy and patience when dealing with diverse customer needs. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a healthcare call center or government program environment. - Bilingual skills, especially Spanish and English. - Knowledge of healthcare regulations and insurance processes. - Certification in customer service or healthcare administration.
