What You'll Do: - You will respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email. - You will assist clients with healthcare program eligibility, benefits, and application processes. - You will document all interactions accurately in the system to maintain up-to-date records. - You will collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues. - You will maintain knowledge of healthcare policies and procedures to provide accurate information. - You will meet or exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction and call handling. - You will participate in ongoing training to enhance your skills and knowledge. What You Bring: - You bring at least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare or related fields. - You have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - You are proficient with basic computer applications and data entry. - You demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - You are able to work on-site in Brownsville, TX, full-time. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working with government healthcare programs such as Medicaid or Medicare. - Bilingual skills, especially in Spanish and English. - Previous experience in a call center environment. - Familiarity with CRM software and healthcare databases.
