What You'll Do: - You will respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and in-person. - You will assist clients in understanding healthcare benefits and eligibility requirements. - You will document and update customer information accurately in the system. - You will resolve customer issues by identifying problems and providing appropriate solutions. - You will collaborate with healthcare providers and internal teams to facilitate service delivery. - You will maintain confidentiality and comply with all healthcare regulations and company policies. - You will participate in ongoing training to stay current with healthcare program updates. What You Bring: - Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service, preferably in healthcare or related fields. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. - Basic computer proficiency, including data entry and use of customer management systems. - Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. - Problem-solving skills and a patient, empathetic approach to customer interactions. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a healthcare environment or with government healthcare programs. - Bilingual skills, especially in Spanish and English. - Familiarity with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA. - Previous experience using CRM software.
