Your role is crucial in delivering exceptional service, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a positive experience for every customer. What You'll Do: - You will respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and in-person. - You will assist clients with healthcare program information and eligibility requirements. - You will document and track customer interactions accurately in the system. - You will resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues when necessary. - You will maintain up-to-date knowledge of healthcare policies and procedures. - You will collaborate with team members to improve service delivery. - You will participate in ongoing training to enhance your skills and knowledge. What You Bring: - You bring at least 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in healthcare. - You bring strong communication skills, both verbal and written. - You bring the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. - You bring proficiency in using computer systems and customer management software. - You bring a positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent service. Bonus Points If You Have: - You have experience working in a healthcare environment. - You have bilingual language skills. - You have knowledge of government healthcare programs. - You have prior experience with data entry and record keeping.
