What You'll Do: - You will respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email. - You will assist clients with healthcare program eligibility and benefits information. - You will document all customer interactions accurately in the system. - You will collaborate with healthcare providers and internal teams to resolve complex issues. - You will maintain up-to-date knowledge of healthcare policies and procedures. - You will identify opportunities to improve customer service processes. - You will handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism. What You Bring: - You bring at least 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare or related fields. - You have strong communication skills, both verbal and written. - You are proficient with computer systems and data entry. - You have the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. - You demonstrate empathy and patience when dealing with customers.
