What You'll Do: - You will respond promptly and professionally to inbound customer inquiries regarding healthcare services. - You will assist clients in understanding program eligibility, benefits, and application processes. - You will document all customer interactions accurately in the system. - You will collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues efficiently. - You will maintain up-to-date knowledge of healthcare policies and procedures. - You will provide feedback to management on common client concerns and service improvements. - You will adhere to all confidentiality and compliance standards. What You Bring: - You bring at least 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in healthcare or government services. - You have excellent verbal and written communication skills. - You are proficient with basic computer applications and data entry. - You demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - You have the ability to work on-site in Hattiesburg, MS, full-time. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working with healthcare programs such as Medicaid or Medicare. - Bilingual skills, especially in Spanish. - Familiarity with CRM software and call center environments. - Previous experience in a government or public service role.
